Tax and Treasury Intern - Summer 2026

Department: Tax & Treasury Location: Schaumburg, IL Schedule: In office (5 days per week) Wage: $23.00 - $25.00/hour

Housing Stipend of $1,500 to $3,000 dependent on worksite and candidate's location.

Role Description: The Tax and Treasury Intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, focusing on the critical functions of tax compliance and treasury management. This position provides a comprehensive view of how these departments support a large-scale company. The intern will assist with daily financial reporting and contribute to special projects that impact the company's financial operations.

Key Projects & Responsibilities:

• Support the team with tax compliance tasks and special projects.
• Update and maintain customer exemption certificates, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in daily cash reporting and contribute to cash forecasting efforts.
• Perform data entry and analysis in support of tax and treasury functions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new financial processes and software.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
