Role Description: The Digital Data & Analytics Intern will be a key contributor to the IT team, assisting in the development of dashboards and reports using data from various source systems. This role is a perfect fit for a student with a solid foundation in data analysis and a desire to work with large-scale data sets. The intern will apply their skills to create meaningful insights that support business operations.

Additional housing stipend from $1,500 to $3,000 depending on work and candidate's location.

Key Projects & Responsibilities:

  • Create new dashboards and reports in Incorta, utilizing data points from SAP and other non-SAP source systems.
  • Perform data cleaning and preparation to ensure data quality.
  • Conduct data visualization to present findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Apply analytical and statistical knowledge to interpret data and identify trends.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's program at an accredited college/university.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong analytical thinking.
    • Understanding of basic statistics.
    • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
    • Experience with data quality and preparation.
    • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or Spark Python or Spark SQL or Postgre SQL for data analysis, and SQL for querying databases.
    • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
    • Creative and logical problem-solving approach.
    • Experience working in a collaborative, team-based environment.
    • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
    • Experience or Exposure with cloud platforms Azure.
    • Familiarity with big data tools like Spark.
    • Knowledge of APIs and data integration.
    • Understanding of business metrics and KPIs.
