About the Role
The Specialist, Brand & Social is responsible for strengthening Primient’s brand by shaping a consistent, engaging, and authentic presence across social and brand-focused digital channels. This role serves as a steward of Primient’s brand presence and voice, visual identity, and storytelling—translating business priorities, culture, and values into compelling content that builds awareness, credibility, and connection with external audiences. By leading social strategy, managing brand-led content, and using insights and analytics to guide continuous improvement, the Sr. Specialist helps ensure Primient’s brand is clearly understood, trusted, and positively represented in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Content: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve marketing targets and brand goals. Create and curate engaging, brand-consistent content (text, image, and video).
• Brand Management: Act as a brand champion, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity across all platforms
• Social Engagement: Monitor online presence and trends and implement related strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Community Management: Engage with followers, foster discussions, and respond to inquiries or complaints to maintain a positive brand image.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, reach, and follower growth. Generate monthly reports; analyze metrics and implement tactics to improve social performance.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns, including influencer partnerships, to drive growth.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines, voice, and visual assets across the website and digital channels.
• Content Management: Create, edit, and manage web content (articles, product descriptions, blogs).
• Digital Strategy & SEO: Support SEO best practices to increase search visibility and analyze traffic metrics.
• Web Maintenance: Oversee updates, CMS management (e.g., Cybernatics, WordPress, HubSpot), and basic HTML/CSS updates.

About You
Required and Preferred Education/Certification
• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Communications, Corporate Affairs, Public Relations, Journalism / Marketing (preferred)
• Certification in Public Affairs, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred)
Required and Preferred Work Experience
• 5+ years' experience in Communications strategy development and deployment, Social Media, Public Relations, Journalism / Marketing, HR (preferred)
Total Rewards
The annual pay range estimated for this position is $67,387.20 - $84,234.00 and is bonus eligible.
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
