About the Role
Support accurate, timely payroll processing and effective HR operations by maintaining employee and payroll data, auditing records for accuracy and compliance, responding to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and delivering reporting that enables efficient HR and payroll administration across the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities:
•Support end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, validation, and off-cycle or holiday payroll requirements.
•Audit employee, payroll, and time records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
•Maintain employee information including census, benefit, tax, and lien data within Workday.
•Support HR Operations programs and processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding.
•Respond to inquiries from employees, Human Resources, Finance, and third-party vendors, resolving issues promptly.
•Support internal and external auditors with data, procedures, and compliance documentation.
•Create and maintain reporting on payroll, hours worked, and benefits administration, meeting strict deadlines.

Required or Recommended Education and/or Certifications
•High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Accounting preferred.
•Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) recommended.
•aPHR, PHR, or SHRM-CP recommended; Workday and Lean/Six Sigma Yellow Belt training beneficial.
Required or Recommended Work Experience
•Payroll, Human Resources, or related experience beneficial.
•Experience with Workday and OSV preferred.
Total Rewards
The annual pay range estimated for this position is $50,869.60 - $63,587.00 + overtime
Please note that while this range reflects the full spectrum of compensation available for this role, individual compensation will be determined based on several factors including your experience, skills, and alignment with the role's responsibilities.
